Rugby 101 - July 19th, 2014

Learn a new sport - make new friends! This is the perfect way to “try on” rugby and learn the basics of the sport.

During the clinic, you’ll learn the rules of the game and participate in drills and agility exercises. Taught by our coaches and seasoned players, the only thing you need is a desire to learn and have fun. No prior rugby experience needed - men and women are welcome.

Come to Franklin Square at 11 AM and join us for a social after.

Please bring workout wear; tennis shoes are fine and a mouth guard is recommended. If you have soccer cleats, you may bring. Absolutely no metal cleats!
