Fog men travel to Minneapolis for Bingham Cup 2010

After months of preparation and fundraising, the Fog men’s A Side and B Side are heading to Minneapolis, MN, with the goal of reclaiming the Bingham Cup®.

In 2002 Fog Rugby hosted the first Bingham Cup, which is named after the late Mark Bingham, a Fog founding member and 9-11 hero. The Fog are two-time Cup champions (2002 and 2004). In the 2008 tournament in Dublin, the Sydney Convicts claimed the cup.

The schedule for Day One of the tournament — Friday, June 18 — is as follows:

A Side
12pm: Seattle
3pm: Minneapolis

B Side
10am: Ottawa
2pm: La Rebelyon
