Got what it takes to be a rugger? Find out! If you’ve ever wanted to find out what rugby is all about, the SF Fog Rugby Clinic is for you! Come out to our pitch at 11 am sharp and learn the basics of the sport and participate in drills.
This is the perfect 101 clinic for those who’ve never played the sport or for those who are seasoned players. No experience necessary! Wear athletic shoes. Bring your friends. Men and women are welcome!
Afterwards, come join us for a traditional rugby social! Social location to be announced.
Bummed that rugby season is over? Need to just run or maybe hit something? Well, Fog Men’s 7s is happening!
We will be practicing every Thursday at 7:30PM on Treasure Island (9th and Avenue D), but if the numbers are good we can expand to Tuesdays. Even if you don’t want to plays 7s and just need a run, come on out for the fitness and skill work!
Note: Please bring a workout jersey/t-shirt and shorts that you won’t mind getting dirty as well as cleats (rugby or soccer cleats are preferred) and a mouthguard.

The SF Fog brings home the John Cook Memorial Cup! Both the mens’ A and B sides fought hard the entire weekend, despite injuries.
On Sunday, the A side went on to the final match of the day against the Quake and won 22-0! There were solid performances all around, including driving the Seattle scrum over despite being down a man.
Stormy Fogmada played great as well all weekend. There were some really tight matches and great teamwork by all.

After ten years in production, the documentary feature, The Rugby Player, about Flight 93 Hero Mark Bingham and his mother, Alice Hoagland, is almost ready for a world stage!
The screening takes place Wednesday, May 22, on what would have been Mark’s 43rd birthday. This will not only be a celebration of the movie and a fundraiser supporting its completion, BUT ALSO a celebration of Mark’s life.
Reception starts at 6:30 PM; Screening starts 7:15 PM; Event ends 9:30 PM. There will be complimentary appetizers and soft drinks. Wine and beer will be available for purchase. Tickets start at $35. Proceeds benefit the launch of the film worldwide. Come celebrate the life and legacy of one of our brothers!
