Rugby Matches on Saturday, March 14

Come on out to cheer for the San Francisco Fog this Saturday, March 14, as the women take on the Berkeley All-Blues and the men’s developmental side take on a combined Berkeley/Vallejo side.

Fog Men defeat Shasta, 37-17

The men of Fog Rugby achieved a 37-17 win over Redding’s Shasta Highlanders RFC on Saturday, March 7, marking the Fog’s third win of the 2009 NCRFU season.

In addition to the win, the Fog earned a bonus point in the NCRFU standings due to the margin of victory.

Directions to the pitch from San Francisco

  • 101 North to Sausalito/Marin City Exit (keep right on ramp towards Sausalito/Marin City)
  • Right on Bridge Blvd.
  • Road name changes to Donahue
  • Left on Drake
  • Drake wraps up and over a hill (1/2 mi or so). At bottom of hill, look right for Marin City Community Field (you should be able to see the light standards)
