The Fog Men have qualified for the Northern California Rugby Football Union (NCRFU) Division III playoffs for the second year in a row!

This Saturday, April 9, come watch the Men’s A-Side, recently ranked the largest D3 club in the country, take on Redwood Empire in the first round of NCRFU playoffs at 1:00pm! The Men’s B-Side will have a friendly scrimmage with University of Montana Jesters at 3:00pm. Both games will take place at the Fog Rugby pitch.

Bring a folding chair, some sunblock, and weather appropriate clothes. There will be a social in San Francisco after the games; meet the teams and mingle in with rugby culture. Snacks and drinks are OK, but no outside alcohol please. All animals should be on a leash.

Socials are all you can drink beer/all you can eat pizza! Free for members, $10 for non members.

On Friday, April 1st, come celebrate April Fool’s Day in sexy rugger style with the women and men of Fog Rugby at the Lone Star Saloon in SOMA!

Enjoy cheap drinks, tasty eats, rugby on the big screen, and the company of some fun ruggers.

This Saturday, April 2nd, come out to Treasure Island to watch the Fog Women’s final home game of the Spring season against ORSU, an Oregon team that recently joined the Pacific Coast Rugby Football Union (PCRFU) Division I after leaving the Women’s Premier League (WPL).

Bring a folding chair, some sunblock, and weather-appropriate clothes. Snacks and drinks are OK, but no outside alcohol please. All animals should be on a leash.

Kickoff is at 11am at the Fog Rugby pitch.

This Saturday, March 26, the Fog Men travel south for their season closer against Paso Robles. This promises to be an excellent match-up that will determine play-off placement for the post-season. End-of-season social hosted by Paso Robles to follow.

Spectators should bring rain-appropriate clothes.

Direction details: Enter from Volpi Ysabel Street instead of Marquita. If you google map it you will see Volpi Ysabel is the next street to the North of Marquita. Go down that street and cross the railroad tracks(carefully) and through the gate on the right. Follow that around to the pitch.

This Saturday, March 18, the Fog Men A and B sides and the Fog Women will all be playing on Treasure Island at the Fog Rugby pitch. The Men’s A-side will be matched up against the San Bruno Saints, the team that beat the Fog after a hard fought match to advance in last year’s Division III playoffs. The Men’s B-side will be playing Saint Mary’s College C-side, and the women will be playing each other in a clinic-style 10s scrimmage.

3pm - Fog Women 10s scrimmage

Be sure to bring rain gear as the forecast for Saturday is looking wet.

This Saturday, March 12, the Fog Men travel south to Marina to face the Aptos Beach Dogs. Last year’s matchup between the two had the Fog losing narrowly 22-24.

Kickoff for the A-side game is at 12:30pm at the Preston Park in Marina. The B-side game will follow around 2:30pm. See below for directions to the pitch.

The social will follow the B-side game and will be held at Carbone’s, 214 Lighthouse Ave, Monterey.

The Fog Women will head south to San Diego for the 28th annual Champagne Classic on March 5 and 6. The tournament is put on by the San Diego Surfers. Saturday will feature round-robin play among women’s club and college teams, with playoffs and finals taking place on Sunday.
