Touch rugby at Ocean Beach - Sep 18 @ 11am

Join the men and women of Fog Rugby as we get in a little exercise, fun, and sun out on Ocean Beach! We’ll be playing touch rugby, which is a great way to learn and get a feel for the game (minus tackling) and also a great workout. Everyone is welcome!

Don’t forget:
It’s sunny…bring sunscreen.
The sand is hot…wear socks.
To lay on or dry off after a dip…bring a towel.
Stay hydrated…bring water.
